Sunshine Pancakes!

Today I am going to share my favourite pancake recipe.

 Ingredients

Milk- 1/2 cup
Egg- 1 egg
Oat bran-  1/2 cup
Wheat flour -  1/2 cup
Curd-  1/2 cup
Baking powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients together and if it is a little dry you can add more milk.

 To make-

Heat the frying pan, put butter in it then take a big spoon of the mixture and pour it in the pan. Spread it a little and let it cook, you can flip it over twice . It takes 5 minutes to cook.

 To serve-

You can put your favourite topping . My favourite topping is apple and banana with honey and a little bit of sprinkles.

  7. Risa the cook! Love the recipe. I will try to make it too. But I'm very sure that it won't come out as nice as yours. BUT I have one little cookie cutter the shape of a heart and when I'm done making the pancakes, I will cut them in the shape of a heart ...
